Great article. I use free shnpipig on my product offers but only when the customer purchases a certain value. In my case I use a $600 purchase price point to trigger the free shnpipig offer. It adds value to my offer and in return it creates more sales.a0 Of course, there is no such thing as FREE shnpipig as the vendor pays for it and it is included in the price of the product.a0 a0Because I sell a product that is heavy and often shipped via LTL (), I figured out that the $600 mark is when I can send the order via LTL and not FedEx or UPS ground.a0 In other words, when we ship via LTL there is a savings of about $0.15 cents per unit.

This is by far the best gluten-free cokobook I've ever seen. This book makes you realize that there are no boundaries with gluten-free cooking. Asian, Mexican and Italian food has never tasted so good! I've tried several of these recipes, and would never have realized they don't contain gluten. All the recipes are amazing, but some of my favorites include the Vietnamese spring rolls, Grilled Salmon and Green Curry Risotto, Fried Eggplant with Garlic-Ginger Sauce and Jasmine Rice, the pizza crust, calzones, any of the risottos, Mango Avocado Ceviche, Watermelon and Halloumi Cheese Salad, Enchiladas, Empanadas, Mango Quesadillas, Tequila Shrimp, Red Snapper with Peach Salsa and Quinoa, and any of the desserts! The recipes are for all skill levels. Some are geared more toward beginners while there are still plenty for the seasoned home cook. But all the recipes are straight forward and simple to follow. Vanessa's blurbs about each recipe add a personal, fun twist to this book. There's also a great informative section detailing Celiac disease and the basics to gluten-free cooking. A+++++++!!!!

Patrcia the gf plates are maerkd they have the logo on them and are a different color than non gf plates. That is how the staff tells the difference in them. However, It's up to us to make sure we get the right plate. That doesn't ensure the meal isn't messed up, but at least it's one check point we can do before taking that first bite. At a place like P.F. Changs, I'd also ask when my plate is delivered if this is the gluten-free meal, which again gives the server the chance to confirm at least by the plate that it is (or isn't) the gluten-free meal before I ever take a bite. I'm excited to try some of the new options there eventually. I'm so close to our local Chinese place that knows me and my needs that it's hard to make time to drive five times the distance to eat at a chain.

It is exciting that GF living is being featured more in the mainstream media. Just a couple of weeks ago there was a news story on my local news in Madison, WI!
Thanks for sharing your gluten-free tips!
